Sunsilk’s “البنات تقدر” program empowers young women by providing opportunities to succeed and pursue their passions. The program begins with awareness sessions in five key areas: fashion, freelancing, food & beverage, career development, and entrepreneurship.
It continues with hands-on workshops by “Entreprenelle” to enhance personal and professional skills. Participants receive personalized guidance to achieve their dreams, culminating in a graduation ceremony.
With the right tools and expert support, “البنات تقدر” enables young women to build successful careers or entrepreneurial ventures in their chosen fields.
Femmelancer Program, a collaboration between Entreprenelle and EG Bank, aims to educate and train women to succeed in freelancing industry.
Over four intensive days, participants gain essential skills in freelancing in foure main industries which are: content creation, and project management.
The curriculum covers everything from creating compelling profiles and bidding on projects to personal branding, ethical practices, and financial literacy. Expert-led sessions, interactive workshops, and practical assignments ensure that participants leave with actionable skills and a robust support network to thrive in their freelance careers.

Riga TechGirls, based in Riga, Latvia, is dedicated to empowering women in the tech industry through education and support.
